The Foundever Group is recruiting customer service representatives for its Casanearshore site. Their role will be to provide technical assistance to customers experiencing difficulties, fostering loyalty and satisfaction by offering complete and reliable solutions to their requests.
We are recruiting mobile technical support customer service representatives (inbound calls).
Main responsibilities
In this context, you will be responsible for :
Answering customer calls;
Listening to and diagnosing their needs in order to provide them with the appropriate solution;
Applying defined processes and mastering the use of tools;
Reporting any information that allows you to identify a malfunction or improve a procedure;
Contributing to the smooth running of the service;
Ensuring that you achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management.
