Customer Service Agent (Call Centre) – TCM Clinic

What You’ll Be Doing

·       Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations

·       Handle customer enquiries via phone and digital platforms

·       Provide clear information on clinic services, treatments, and clinic locations

·       Assist with retail product enquiries (usage, availability, etc.)

·       Handle customer feedback and complaints with care and professionalism

·       Ensure all cases are accurately recorded and followed up

·       No medical diagnosis or treatment advice should be provided

What We’re Looking For

·       Customer service or call centre experience preferred

·       Good communication skills (English & Mandarin preferred)

·       Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

·       Positive attitude, patient, and service-oriented
