Customer Service Agent [Carpark]

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Attend to customer enquiries, service requests, feedback, and complaints.
• Create, update, and track service requests in the system.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Monitor service status and provide updates to customers when required.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare basic reports and perform administrative tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to company SOPs and service standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Singaporean, Permanent Resident, or Malaysian applicants only.

Working Hours

• 44 hour work week + OT if required
• Rotating shift Morning, Afternoon, Night.
