What they need
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in IGET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, or chat support
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication scripts and company policies
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.
Timings: 5:00 PM Till 2:00AM
LOCATION: Bahria town-Lahore.
Salary: Up to Rs. 80,000.
