Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments
• Provide information regarding company services
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Coordinate information between customers and internal teams
• Assist with general office support as needed
