Customer service Agent

About the role

A Customer Service Agent role handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and messaging platforms for a fintech loan company. The role involves providing information about loan products, assisting with applications and account issues, guiding customers through the loan process, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Provide clear information about loan products, application procedures, repayment schedules, and company policies
• Assist customers with application issues, account access problems, and payment-related questions
• Guide customers through the loan process and ensure a smooth user experience
• Accurately record all customer interactions in the CRM system
• Coordinate with Risk, Collection, and IT teams to resolve escalated cases
• Monitor recurring customer issues and provide feedback for product or process improvement
• Ensure all communications comply with company SOP and regulatory requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above preferred
• 0–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or fintech industry is preferred
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
• Good problem-solving ability and patience when handling customer complaints
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to work under KPIs and performance metrics
• Thai native speaker; English communication skills are a plus
