About the role
In your role as a Customer Service & Sales Representative for our Client, you will be in charge of handling customer queries from existing and potential Customers of the designated market or markets. All contacts to be managed will arrive via emails, live chats, call back and inbound calls. As the first line of contact, you will be striving to provide an exceptional customer experience and a timely and qualitative resolution of the customers' needs, including product information, sales, troubleshooting, managing exchanges and refunds, and any other customer issues as required. You're also responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions are correctly logged and managed in line with the processes and customer handling rules defined by the Client and the Company.
About you
- Experience in the customer service industry in a Contact Centre environment
- Knowledgeable about soft skills related topics including Customer Service and Sales
- Experience working with Salesforce
