Customer Service Agent

Marvier Insurance & Tax Corp is looking for a responsible, organized, and customer-focused individual to work in our office.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and assist customers.
• Follow up on insurance policies, payments, and renewals.
• Manage emails and client documentation.
• Perform general administrative and office duties.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and organized.
• Customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Insurance experience or an insurance license is a plus.
