Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers, address concerns, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with team members to address customer needs and concerns.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of BPO experience
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience handling retail, e-commerce, or B2B accounts is an advantage
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms is a plus
• Willing to work onsite in San Andres Bukid, Manila
