Job Summary

DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a professional and experienced Bilingual Interpreter to join our team. The Interpreter will facilitate clear and accurate communication between customers and clients by providing real-time language interpretation services. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to handle information accurately and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine the language requirements of callers and provide accurate interpretation services.
• Facilitate smooth communication between customers and clients.
• Accurately enter and update customer information in internal systems.
• Access relevant databases and tools while assisting customers.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate department or staff member when required.
• Provide additional support and information to customers as needed.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy during all interactions.
• Follow company policies and quality standards at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and the target language (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask while handling calls and updating records.
• Good computer navigation and data entry skills.
• Excellent keyboarding and typing speed.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in interpretation, translation, customer service, or call center operations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
