Position: Customer Service Administrator

Reporting To: Customer Service Team Leader

Job Summary: The Customer Service Administrator manages shipment tracking, handle customer inquiries, and support daily depot operations with general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor locations of the freight

· Duties involving the controlling & planning of deliveries/collections

· Liaise with the relevant parties if problems arise

· Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and visitors.

· Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

· Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

· Ensure timely responses to any customer queries.

· Minimise time loss

· General administrative tasks

· Other duties as advised

· Perform any additional tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Experience:

· 1-2 years administrative experience in an Administration

Knowledge:

· PC literacy, MS Outlook, Excel and Word

Education:

· Leaving Certificate or equivalent
