Customer Service Agent

Pacific Air Charters is looking for a Station Agent at Lihue Airport to be the face of our operation on the island. This is a hands-on role covering the full flight turn: checking in passengers and baggage, booking and modifying reservations, taking payment and loading and unloading baggage. Basic duties include work at the ticket counter, the gate, and the ramp in the same shift, coordinating with flight crews and dispatch to get flights out on time and following all FAA, TSA, airport authority, and company safety and security procedures.

The work moves between the terminal and the outdoor ramp in all weather, with regular lifting, bending, and climbing, and shifts that follow the flight schedule. Training is provided — a strong service attitude and reliability matter more than prior aviation experience. Applicants should live on Oahu or be able to relocate.

Required:

• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Test for Airport Badging.
• Capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Proficiency with standard computer software (email, messenger applications, etc.).
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be a US Citizen or eligible to work in the United States

Preferred:

• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in an airline or aviation setting.
• Familiarity with airline operations (flight scheduling, cargo handling, ground support).
• Proficiency in TakeFlite or similar airline reservation systems.
