Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to handle customer queries and provide professional and efficient support through voice and email channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer emails.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Meet defined KPIs, SLAs, quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.
• Follow company processes and maintain service quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong English communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, voice, chat, or email support.
• BPO / call centre experience will be preferred.
• International call centre experience will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in rotational day shifts.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
