Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming sales leads promptly
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Respond to client emails courteously and on time
- Maintain real-time, accurate CRM data
- Stay organized while juggling multiple tasks
About you
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in phone-based sales and client engagement
- Skilled at multitasking and staying organized
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Sales experience in a BPO setting is a plus
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Must reside in Cebu
