What they need
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries via inbound calls and email
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Work with confidential customer information in a secure manner
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Appropriately and adequately communicate with customers
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school, Senior High School and College fresh graduates are welcome
- Preferably had at least 6 months of BPO experience in Telco account but not required.
- Excellent communication, English and typing skills
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
