Customer Service Agent with Dutch

Role description:

• Managed customer interactions via phone and email, and subsequently through chat;

• Handled and resolved customer requests, ranging from simple inquiries (e.g. updating contact details, resending documents) to more complex cases;

• Managed billing-related requests, including invoice inquiries, invoice resending, and clarification of specific billing items or situations;

• Handled requests related to changes in banking details or legal entities and verified the required documentation;

• Managed fraud cases and customer complaints;

• Escalated cases to other departments when requests could not be resolved directly by the Customer Service team;

• Collaborated with internal teams and stakeholders across the Netherlands.

Qualifications:

• Approximately 2 years of experience in Customer Service is preferred; however, candidates with experience in areas such as Sales, Logistics, or Supply Chain can also be considered;
• Advanced Dutch language skills (C1 level) are required;
• Advanced English language skills are also require;
• Business communication experience would be considered a plus.
