Customer Service Analyst Responsibilities

• Work in a Contact Center environment.
• Problem-solve effectively and provide customers with a positive resolution.
• Work assigned Service Desk ticket queues:
• Work a variety of tickets for all types of customers (consumers, regulators, and industry partners);
• Work access management tickets for regulators and industry partners;
• Answer consumer tickets, which primarily focus on our proprietary insurance policy locator software;
• Answer phone calls from external customers, which include regulators, industry partners, and consumers.

Requirements

• Call Center/Contact Center experience.
• Entry-level technical experience; ability to troubleshoot browser issues, set-up user accounts, reset passwords, etc.
• Phone-based customer service experience (+30 calls per day).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

• Experience with Jira Service Management.
