Customer Service Analyst (Contract Third Party Payroll)

Job Title: Customer Service Analyst (Ecommerce - Indirect Supply)

The role holder has close interaction with Territory Sales In-charge (TSI), Regional Sales KAMs, Corporate KAMs, KAEs, Logistics, s/he interacts with the supply chain team of key accounts for securing amendment of POs and appointments for deliveries.

Role & responsibilities

• Appointment booking/Confirmation/Negotiation with customer FC
• Daily dispatch planning - Constraints & priority checks
• Weekly customer connects
• Weekly JAVIS connect and as per need basis.
• Detailed RCA (by Line) of loss on POs & Stock loss minimization
• Daily shipment logistical support with CFA
• Masters tracking and customer portal coordination.
• MIS reports - PO/billing status/shipment status
• Ensure on-time in-full delivery of stocks to the customer by timely Order and OBD Creation.
• Timely PO amendments and Master Data corrections.
• SAP stock billing activities daily.
• Ensuring maximum fill rate to customer for stock fulfilment.
• Prepare daily reports and dashboards for stock movement and tracking.
• SPOC for customer for all queries related to billing, dispatches and troubleshooting on logistics.
• Customer relations and improvement on daily activities for supply chain excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

• ERP Knowledge, preferably SAP is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
• Work Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Key skills In depth knowledge of customer service, logistics.
• Strong analytical skills required.
