What they need
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through WhatsApp, phone, social media, and other communication channels.
- Process and monitor customer orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and related departments regarding customer orders.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and administrative documents.
- Prepare sales and customer service reports on a regular basis.
- Assist the Sales team with administrative activities, including quotations, order documentation, and follow-up.
- Support the Brand & Marketing team in marketing programs, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and follow up customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in preparing sales and marketing data, reports, and presentations.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks related to Brand, Marketing & Sales as assigned.
