Customer Service & Admin Executive

• Handle customer inquiries and requests through phone calls and emails.
• Respond to customer queries professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, documents, and other requirements.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with suppliers on pending matters.
• Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and records.
• Manage data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
• Prepare and update Excel reports and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and supplier-related matters.
• Provide general administrative and operational support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, supplier coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong Excel skills are essential — experience with formulas, sorting, filtering, data entry, and reporting is highly important.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Male candidates preferred.
