Customer Service & Admin Executive

Fastbox Logistics Solutions LLP is looking for a motivated and responsible Customer Service & Admin Executive to join our team in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Assist customers with courier booking, shipment status and basic service-related queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams, courier partners and customers for smooth shipment processing.
• Prepare and maintain booking records, invoices, documents and other administrative records.
• Update shipment and customer information in the system.
• Follow up on pending shipments, pickups and customer requirements.
• Support day-to-day office administration and documentation.
• Maintain good communication and professional relationships with customers.
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Good English communication; Hindi is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
