Customer Service & Admin Executive [EL]

Assist the supervisor with daily operations and administrative tasks.

Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries and requests.

Receive and process customer orders accurately.

Source spare parts and coordinate with suppliers on quotations, availability, and deliveries.

Handle customer and supplier emails and correspondence.

Prepare customer invoices and billing documents.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of supplies.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of operational records.

Perform other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.
