About the role

You will be responsible for handling customer communication by phone, LINE and WhatsApp, managing and following up on Meta leads, helping convert inquiries into bookings, coordinating cleaning schedules and supporting daily operations.

About you

• Has experience in customer service and communicating with customers by phone and chat
• Has experience with scheduling and coordination
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Pays close attention to details and works accurately
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Can identify opportunities to improve workflows and work more efficiently
• Has a sales mindset and experience following up and converting leads into bookings or sales
• Can communicate professionally and work well with customers, admin and cleaning staff

Experience with Meta/Facebook leads and lead conversion is a strong advantage.
