Full-Time | Geelong Office | Velocity Solar

$60,000 + Super (based on experience)

Are you someone who enjoys untangling problems, helping people and seeing things through to completion?

At Velocity Solar, we're looking for an organised and proactive administration personnel to become the key point of contact for our customers after installation.

You'll coordinate maintenance, warranties and after sales support while working closely with our electricians and administration team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Your day will include

• Customer support via phone and email

• Administration and data entry with a high level of accuracy

• Supporting customers after their solar installation

• Coordinating maintenance and warranty work

• Troubleshooting customer enquiries and finding practical solutions

• Managing grid connection applications and liaising with electricity distributors, including Powercor, to ensure timely completion

• Updating customers throughout the service process

• Reviewing solar system performance and working with our electricians to identify and resolve customer concerns

• Ensuring installations are fully completed, compliant and all documentation has been finalised

• Managing escalated customer concerns with empathy, professionalism and a focus on resolution

This role is based full time in our Geelong office and reports directly to the Admin Team Leader.

What We’re Looking For

You don't need solar experience.

We'll provide comprehensive training on our products, systems and processes. What we can't teach is a genuine desire to help customers and solve problems.
