About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service & Administrative person to join our team on a permanent basis.

Hours & Perks

• Hours: Tuesday to Saturday

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service and welcoming our great customers with a warm, professional approach.
• Managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and handling general accounts.
• Keeping accurate records and updating customer profiles in our systems.
• Handling cash, invoices, and register operations smoothly.
• Assisting with general hands-on tasks as needed, including stock rotation, shelf stocking, and inventory scanning.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for delivering top-tier customer service and building strong relationships with our great customers.
• Basic computer skills and good reading comprehension, enabling you to navigate our systems and documentation effectively.
• Strong basic counting and mathematical skills, with accuracy being paramount in your day-to-day work.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organisational skills.
• A keen eye for detail with the ability to stay accurate under pressure.
• A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and a great team player.
