CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMINISTRATION

About the role

This is a combined customer service and administration role with additional social media responsibilities. You will help ensure smooth daily office operations, provide excellent service to our guests, and assist with maintaining our company's online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and bookings through WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Communicate professionally with local and international guests in English.
• Manage daily office administration, booking records, customer information, and operational documents.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily activities.
• Assist with scheduling, reports, and other administrative tasks.
• Help manage social media accounts, including uploading content, writing captions, and responding to comments and direct messages.
• Assist with basic content creation and organizing photos and videos for social media.
• Support the management team with daily administrative and other assigned tasks.

About you

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a similar position.
• Fluent and confident in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Professional, responsible, and well-organized.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Good computer skills and comfortable using office applications.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Able to write simple, engaging captions and assist with basic social media content.
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or social media management is an advantage.
