Customer Service & Assistant

We are fast-growing E-Commerce company specializing in TikTok and Shopee. Our Business operates across Malaysia, China, and Vietnam, serving multiple markets with innovative products. Our products include women's bag, beauty and lifestyle products, home living products, customized phone cases, artificial plants, and more. With our mature e-commerce system, we are not limited to specific product categories. We continuously introduce new products to meet market trends and customer needs. Therefore, we are looking for responsible, friendly, and customer-oriented Customer Service & Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for Malaysian market only.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through TikTok and WhatsApp platforms.

• Communicate with customer in Chinese and Bahasa Malayu; English is an advantage

• Handle customer enquiries, orders, refunds and after-sales issues.

• Follow up with customer regarding negative reviews and assist in resolving their concern.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and patiently.

• Coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve customer issues.

• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain good communication with customers.

• Assist with printing customized phone cases order.

Job Requirement:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient and responsible.
• Able to communicate well in Chinese and Bahasa Malayu.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through chat platforms.
• Previous customer service experiences is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hour:

• Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm
• Saturday 9:30am-1:30pm
• Sunday off day
• Fixed working hours - No shift work required.
