ABC Blinds & Awnings is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused person to join our service team at our head office in Wangara.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with full training provided.

About the role

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Contacting customers by phone to schedule appointments for the installation of blinds.
• Receiving and recording customer service, call-out and warranty requests.
• Liaising with our team of blind installers to coordinate appointments and service requests.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• An excellent phone manner and strong communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Outlook.
• A helpful, customer-focused approach.

Previous experience in customer service, a call centre or a similar role would be an advantage, but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
