Tesrol Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable, organized Customer Service & Data Entry Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has good computer skills, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

About the Role
In this role, you will primarily support the team by processing customer orders and assisting with general customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

·         Data entry of customer orders into our production system

·         Answering telephone calls when required

·         Assisting customers with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner

·         Providing general administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For

·         Previous experience in customer service or data entry preferred

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·         Good computer and keyboard skills are imperative

·         Clear communication and phone manner

·         Reliable, organized, and able to work in a small team environment
