Customer Service & Dealing Manager

主要職責 | Key Responsibilities

·         提供全面的客戶服務，包括帳戶開立、客戶諮詢、請求處理及投訴跟進，確保回應專業且及時
Provide comprehensive customer services including account opening, handling client enquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

·         根據客戶指示執行各類投資產品的交易指令（涵蓋香港及環球證券）
Execute and handle client orders for various investment products, including HK and global securities

·         與主管及其他部門（如合規、結算、IT）緊密協作，確保公司運行
Work closely with supervisors and other departments (e.g. Compliance, Settlement, IT) to ensure smooth company operations and service delivery.

·         負責帳戶開立流程，包括檔審核、KYC（認識客戶）、CDD（客戶盡職調查）及AML（反洗錢）程式，確保符合監管標準及內部指引
Handle account opening procedures, including document verification, KYC, CDD, and AML processes in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines

·         監控客戶投資組合、交易活動及保證金水準，及時進行追收保證金及風險提示
Monitor client portfolios, trading activities, and margin levels; perform margin call follow-ups and risk alerts when necessary
