About the Role As our Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator, you'll be the main link between our customers and our field technicians. You'll answer calls, book appointments, manage the daily technician schedule, and make outbound calls to follow up with customers and help grow our business. If you're confident on the phone, love staying organized, and enjoy a fast-paced day, this role is for you.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Customer Service & Scheduling (about 70%): Answer inbound calls, schedule repairs and installations, and help customers with basic troubleshooting and service questions.
• Dispatch & Follow-Up (about 20%): Manage technician schedules throughout the day, confirm appointments, follow up on open estimates, and reach out to past customers.
• Outbound Calling (about 10%): Contact property managers, home owners, and referral partners to create new service opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Turn inbound calls into booked appointments
• Recommend repairs, maintenance plans, and installation services based on customer needs
• Coordinate with technicians to keep schedules efficient and customers informed
• Keep customer information, service notes, estimates, and payment records accurate
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Meet booking, sales, and customer service goals

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, dispatching, or scheduling
• Confidence on the phone, including making outbound calls
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Manchaca, TX

Nice to Have

• Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage doors, or similar)
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling/CRM software
• Appointment setting or inside sales experience
• Experience supporting field service technicians
