Customer Service & Fruit Production Associate

Looking for a job that's a little different from traditional retail or food service?

Edible Arrangements in Quincy is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented team member to join our team!

This is a hands-on position that combines creativity, food preparation, and customer service. You'll help create our signature fresh fruit arrangements and chocolate-dipped treats while assisting customers with gifts for birthdays, celebrations, and special occasions.

No fruit design experience necessary - we provide training!

Please note: This position requires availability for shifts longer than 3 hours and during our major gifting holidays

What You'll Do

• Prepare fresh fruit and create fruit arrangements and chocolate-dipped treats
• Assist customers in person and over the phone with gift selections and orders
• Process orders using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow food safety procedures
• Work with the team to complete orders accurately and on time

Previous food preparation, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule & Availability

We offer flexible scheduling, with additional availability needed during our busiest holidays.

Availability during major gifting holidays is required, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, the day before Thanksgiving, and the December holiday season.

We are closed on Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.
