Job Scope

• Support Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) operations across India, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore
• Maintain clear and effective communication within the CS&L team, regional teams, service engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders
• Coordinate and support daily logistics and customer service activities to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct stock takes and inventory checks at third-party logistics (3PL) sites
• Ensure timely updates and accurate reporting of operational activities

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service and/or logistics operations
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, regional environment
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
