Customer Service & Onboarding Representative

MextelUS Marketing is looking for a friendly, reliable, technically minded person to help customers set up and use Tackly, our AI-powered virtual receptionist platform.

Tackly is easy to set up, but it has many features and customization options, so some customers may need help getting everything configured properly.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through setup, explaining features, answering questions, providing basic technical support, and helping existing customers with their settings.

Applicants must have excellent spoken and written English, strong computer skills, the ability to learn new software quickly, and a friendly, patient personality.

No programming or previous AI experience is required. Training will be provided.

This is a fully remote position with two possible schedules: Monday through Thursday or Friday through Sunday. Each involves a 12-hour daily availability window, although actual working time will depend on customer demand. Compensation covers the agreed availability period.
