Customer Service & Operations Coordinator

Grand Avenue Produce Co., Inc. is a family-owned produce distributor that has proudly served Arizona and the Southwest for nearly 80 years. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can think critically, communicate professionally, solve problems independently, and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure customer expectations are met
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and sound judgment
• Monitor orders for accuracy and proactively address potential issues before they impact the customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer records and perform detailed data entry
• Support account managers by providing timely follow-up and operational assistance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

✔ Minimum 3 years of customer service, account support, or operations experience
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
✔ Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ High attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
✔ Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
✔ Experience in foodservice distribution, logistics, wholesale distribution, or produce is highly preferred
✔ Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour DOE

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week. Flexibility is required, and one weekend day may be part of the schedule based on business needs.
