Customer Service & Operations Executive (5 Days | Service Support)

An established organization in the healthcare and scientific solutions industry is seeking a Service Operations Executive to support its service team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers valuable exposure to customer service, service coordination, ERP systems, and the healthcare technology sector.

You will work closely with customers, service engineers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, playing a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience while supporting operational excellence.

📍 Henderson Road, Singapore
💰 Up to SGD 4,600 + Bonus + Profit Sharing
🕒 Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and service appointments
• Manage customer enquiries, service requests, and equipment breakdown calls
• Prepare service quotations, contracts, and supporting documentation
• Follow up on service activities to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and databases
• Liaise with customers, service engineers, suppliers, and overseas principals
• Support spare parts ordering and inventory monitoring
• Assist with warranty administration and service documentation
• Generate operational reports using Microsoft Office applications
• Support daily operations through SAP, SAGE, or other ERP systems
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to achieve service objectives

What We're Looking For

• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, operations support, sales support, or administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Comfortable working with systems, processes, and data
• Positive attitude with strong ownership and willingness to learn

Candidates with experience in the following areas will have an added advantage:

• Medical devices or healthcare industry
• Scientific or laboratory equipment
• Service or logistics coordination
• SAP, SAGE, or other ERP systems
