Customer Service & Order Processing Coordinator

Ram Products Inc. is a family-owned company with 40 years of experience supplying products to Dental, Podiatry, Jewelry and Nails. We’re a small, close-knit team, and we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to keep our orders, shipments, and customer relationships running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

· Process customer orders accurately and timely

· Prepare and coordinate shipments

· Communicate with customers by phone and email, including order updates and follow-ups

· Track orders and resolve issues until they are fully complete

· Maintain organized records and handle filing

· Reliability. You show up on time and can be counted on.

· Tech comfort. You’re comfortable with computers, email, and learning new software.

· Basic Microsoft Excel skills (entering data, simple spreadsheets) and Word

Requirements

· Stable work history

· Reliable transportation and a commute of roughly 20 minutes or less is strongly preferred

· Prior customer service, order entry, or shipping experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person

What We Offer

· Full-time, steady Monday-Friday schedule (8:30-5pm)

· Competitive pay of $20-$25/hour, based on experience

· Hands-on training

· Sign on Bonus after 90 Days

· 2 weeks of PTO after 1 year of full time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
