Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist

We are hiring a Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist to support customers and manage product orders.

This role combines customer support, order management, and light sales/upselling to help customers find the right products while ensuring a smooth purchasing experience for our client Telus.

If you are detail-oriented, enjoy helping customers, and can identify opportunities to recommend additional products, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately
• Provide customer support via phone, or email.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, shipping, and returns
• Identify opportunities to upsell Telus products or recommend additional products
• Maintain accurate order and customer records in CRM systems
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or inside sales
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to recommend products and identify sales opportunities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM or order management systems is an asset
• Must be able to work 12:00pm until 9:00pm
