Customer Service & Reception Assistant [EL]

Handle telephone calls professionally, provide general information and ensure messages are communicated promptly to the appropriate recipients.

Deliver a welcoming customer experience by greeting visitors, registering their arrival and informing the relevant personnel.

Assist visitors with check-in procedures and provide directions to designated locations.

Oversee incoming mail and parcel distribution, while monitoring and recording front desk petty cash usage.

Maintain an organised filing system for monthly front desk reports and related documentation.

Liaise with chauffeurs to coordinate customer transportation arrangements, including pickups and drop-offs.

Review and reconcile retail transaction settlement records to support accurate accounting and financial reporting.

Ensure the reception and customer waiting areas remain clean, orderly and presentable.

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and other reasonable duties related to front desk operations.
