Customer Service & Reservation Officer

Location: Bali

What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Manage vehicle reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Confirm bookings, send reminders, and assist customers before, during, and after their rental.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure every booking runs smoothly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Update booking schedules and customer data in the system.
• Promote additional products and services such as insurance, Wi-Fi, SIM/eSIM, tours, baby seats, and more.
• Prepare booking documents, invoices, and daily operational reports.
• Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat customers.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Is friendly, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Has strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Can multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Is comfortable using computers, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and reservation systems.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, tourism, or car rental is a plus.

Working Schedule6 working days per week1 weekday offAvailable Shifts

• Shift 1: 06:00 – 15:00
• Middle Shift: 10:00 – 19:00
• Shift 2: 14:00 – 23:00
