Customer Service and Sales

We are a supplier of pipe and base, drapes, fabric and multiple other items for the trade show, rental and special event industry. We have a large customer base, that covers the US, and Canada.

• Answering phone and emails, assisting customer's with their needs
• To use computer (software is SAP) to look up customer history, inventory, shipment information. And also enter quotes and orders.
• Be able to utilize the internet to do minor research on customers, figure out shipping costs and track shipments with the freight companies.
• Work in a small office as a team with production and accounting to resolve customer needs
• Establish good rapport and partnership with customers to create sales
• Work independently with good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Multi Task effectively
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not necessary
• Knowledge of Google ads is a plus, but not necessary

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24.0 per week
