Florida State Glass & Mirror, LLC – Boca Raton, FL

Position: Full-Time | In-Office

Florida State Glass & Mirror is a growing, family-owned company specializing in luxury custom glass installations throughout South Florida.

We are looking for a friendly, professional, organized, and motivated individual to join our office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Follow up with potential customers regarding estimates and proposals.
• Communicate with existing customers about installation schedules and project updates.
• Welcome customers visiting our showroom and assist them with product information.
• Help coordinate appointments for estimates, measurements, and installations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up communications.
• Work closely with our sales, office, and installation teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Help convert outstanding estimates into confirmed projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or office administration preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn office software.
• Experience in construction, home improvement, or remodeling is a plus.

Location: Boca Raton, Florida
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Compensation: Based on experience
