Zenith Glow is seeking a personable Customer Service & Sales Representative for an established retail location in Belleville, Michigan. This is an in-person retail customer service and sales position offering hourly W-2 compensation, weekly pay, paid training, and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service
• Answer questions about products, services, and promotions
• Recommend options based on each customer’s needs
• Assist with purchases, enrollments, and account-related questions
• Maintain a professional and positive retail experience
• Support individual and team sales goals

Qualifications:

• Friendly and confident communication skills
• Reliable, coachable, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Customer service, retail sales, food service, hospitality, wireless, or promotional experience is a plus but not required

Compensation:

Employees earn a guaranteed hourly wage of $16–$20 per hour, paid weekly. Additional performance incentives may be available but are not guaranteed.
