Duties:

• Promptly greet customers and provide them with exceptional service
• Connect customers with products and assist in making purchasing decisions
• Correctly operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
• Clean and organize all areas of the business
• Stock retail areas and merchandise products
• Upsell additional products or services
• Be the product and service expert
• Handle returns and exchanges
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cash handling and sales
• Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceed in upsell techniques and promote all products
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Multilingual skills are favored
• Excellent phone etiquette
