Customer Service & Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers and business clients, helping them understand their available energy options while providing a professional and personalized experience.

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will:

• Communicate with customers and business clients in a friendly, professional manner
• Learn about energy programs and confidently explain available options
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing the right solutions
• Answer questions and provide excellent customer service throughout the process
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up when needed
• Work alongside the team to meet individual and team goals
• Represent our energy partners with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable speaking with people in person
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Professional and dependable
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Pay: $52,600.00 - $63,500.00 per year
