What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same! You will:

• Provide accurate product information, stock availability, and pricing information.
• Prepare detailed quotations, process sales orders, and ensure seamless handoffs to operations or fulfilment teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, track open shipments, and proactively communicate any delivery delays to customers and the sales team.
• Process customer returns, claims, and credit note efficiently and accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and walk-ins with a solution-oriented approach.
• Coordinate with internal departments (such as warehousing, finance, and product management) to resolve customer issues and expedite orders.
• Support BDM with lead coordination.
• Maintain clean and accurate customer data and interaction histories.
• Prioritise a high-volume workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships that drive customer retention and repeat business.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive here, you will have:

• 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing and/or distribution (packaging industry experience would be a bonus)
• Proven end-to-end customer service or sales support experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer and systems skills
• Confidence juggling multiple tasks
• A proactive attitude and a passion for customer care
• A strong track record of reliability and delivering great service
• A passion for sales and growth
