Customer Service & Sales Support Executive 客服及销售支持专员

STARDUST CAR FILM SDN. BHD. is a growing company specializing in automotive color change film, paint protection film, window film, and related automotive film products. We are expanding our Malaysia team and looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service & Sales Support Executive.

Work Location:

Puchong, Selangor

Salary:

RM3,200 - RM4,500 per month

Performance incentives and sales support commission available

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, online platforms, and other communication channels.

2. Assist the sales team in following up with customer needs, quotations, orders, delivery progress, and after-sales feedback.

3. Support daily order processing, including order confirmation, billing support, delivery arrangement follow-up, and customer records update.

4. Maintain customer information, follow-up records, and customer communication history in company records or spreadsheets.

5. Contact potential customers based on customer lists provided by the company through email, private messages, WhatsApp, and other online channels.

6. Add and maintain customer contacts, classify potential customers, and report interested leads to the sales team or supervisor.

7. Assist in customer relationship maintenance, customer follow-up, and repeat order conversion.

8. Support the preparation of customer service scripts, FAQ, product information, and sales follow-up records.

9. Work closely with the internal team to improve customer service process, order follow-up process, and sales support workflow.

10. Complete other customer service, sales support, and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Incentive:

If the candidate helps generate successful sales through online customer outreach, customer follow-up, or sales support, additional commission or performance incentives will be provided. This is an additional incentive arrangement, while the main responsibility remains customer service, order follow-up, and sales support.

Requirements:

1. Able to communicate in Mandarin. Basic English communication is required.

2. Experience in customer service, sales support, sales admin, admin assistant, online customer follow-up, or related roles is preferred.

3. Familiar with WhatsApp, Email, Facebook, Instagram, and online communication tools.

4. Responsible, patient, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new product knowledge.

5. Able to record customer information clearly and provide timely follow-up.

6. Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheet, Lark, or other office software is preferred.

7. Experience in automotive, automotive accessories, car detailing, wholesale, B2B sales support, or customer service is an advantage.

8. Able to work in a growing company environment and assist in building work processes and service standards.
