• Assisting customers via phone, email, and in-store
• Preparing quotes and processing orders
• Coordinating with the warehouse and delivery teams
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Supporting external sales staff and management
• Maintaining accurate sales records and product knowledge

• Previous experience in internal sales, retail, or customer service
• Strong communication and people skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail
• Experience in the steel or building industry (highly regarded but not essential)
