CUSTOMER SERVICE & STUDIO ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Our client "Femina Group (SuperWaisted)" is seeking a Customer Service & Studio Admin Executive to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing women’s fashion and shapewear brand in a varied role combining customer service, sales support and studio administration. The successful candidate will help customers make confident product choices while supporting accurate records, inventory and day-to-day operations.

About Our Client SuperWaisted is a fast-growing women’s fashion and shapewear brand focused on delivering a customer-centred shopping experience. The team is looking for a responsible, organised and customer-focused team member to support its continued growth.

What you'll be doing?

• Support customer enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions through Facebook Messenger and Instagram direct messages.
• Guide product decisions: Assist customers with product information, sizing, recommendations and orders in a helpful and engaging way.
• Support sales conversion: Follow up with potential customers and help turn enquiries into successful orders.
• Maintain sales records: Record and maintain accurate daily sales information to support smooth business operations.
• Manage inventory information: Update inventory records and monitor stock movement and stock levels carefully.
• Assist studio operations: Support basic studio administration and operational tasks while ensuring records remain accurate and tasks are completed on time.
• Work independently: Manage assigned responsibilities effectively during agreed working hours, with customer service responsiveness maintained as required.

Who are they looking for?

• Chinese/Mandarin communication: Able to communicate in Chinese/Mandarin to support customer enquiries and product discussions with customers who use the language.
• Strong written communication: Brings clear and professional written communication skills for social-media customer interactions.
• Responsive service style: Handles customer enquiries promptly while maintaining a helpful, customer-focused approach.
• Organised and accurate: Responsible, organised and detail-oriented when managing records, stock information and administrative tasks.
• Comfort with digital tools: Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, Excel and/or Google Sheets for customer service and administration.
• Shift flexibility: Able to work a shifting schedule, including public holidays, weekends and night shifts, to support customer service and live-stream operations.
• Independent working style: Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage responsibilities effectively.
• Relevant experience welcomed: Previous customer service, sales or administration experience is an advantage, while candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply as training will be provided.
