Job Description

Responsibilities:

·       Provide technical support to clients and troubleshooting

·       Handle customer’s concerns positively and professionally

·       Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (e.g. inbound, outbound calls, email, live chat, social media)

·       Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 1 year of working experience in Customer Service or Technical Support role.
• IT background / knowledge (e.g. knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies).
• Required language(s): English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (Good Written & Conversational Spoken).
• Candidates able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
